The Buddhist spiritual tradition offers a radical vision of the potential of human life, and tools and practices for working towards its realisation.
Foremost among these is the practice of meditation. In the courses, you will be able to learn the Metta Bhavana, or development of loving-kindness, in which we cultivate positive emotion towards ourselves and others together with the Mindfulness of Breathing, a meditation for the development of a calm, clear mind.
The courses will be led by members of the Western Buddhist Order.
Full cost is £35 for 6 weeks. Please book with the Grove, or for more information, call (023) 8057 6134 or email contact-us@southampton.fwbo.net
