Welcome to the Grove
The Grove opened in 1990 and is a Centre with a well-established reputation for providing quality complementary healthcare. Our team of fully qualified practitioners offers a wide range of holistic therapies, mediation services, psychotherapy and counselling.
We believe that good health is not merely the absence of symptoms or illness. Our minds, bodies and spirits need help, support and, from time to time, a little fine tuning to achieve optimum health. Our gentle, yet powerful therapies can help you make the shift from unwanted conditions and patterns towards a more enjoyable and fulfilling life.
We host open days, courses and workshops and we have a large meeting room and conservatory available at competitive rates for workshops, training and seminars.
The Grove would also be pleased to receive enquiries from therapists interested in practicing in the Southampton area.
